Clúid Housing Association in partnership with Meath County Council is pleased to announce details of new homes which have been made available under the Social Leasing Initiative.

This scheme utilises Affordable homes which have remained unsold due to the economic downturn. The properties will be used for Social Housing purposes for an initial period of five years. 

So far 20 households from the Meath housing waiting list have been accommodated under this scheme, with more properties becoming available soon.

The homes provided are of an extremely high quality and Clúid Housing Association has been working in partnership with Meath County Council to ensure the smooth transfer and letting of the properties. Clúid Housing Association was selected to manage and maintain the units through a tender process.
