A Housing Association Consortium of ClúidHousing Association, HAIL Housing Association & Sonas Housing Association recently acquired 75 apartments in Belmayne in partnership with Dublin City Council.

The 75 apartments are a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartment and surround an internal landscaped courtyard. The tenants are due to move into their new homes within the next few weeks.

Belmayne is located just off the Malahide road and only 5 miles from Dublin's city centre. A new train station at Clongriffin is a short walk from the development.
