On 4th February 2010 Minister Finneran announced a significant capital investment of over €157m for a range of housing projects which will provide some 924 units of accommodation for people with specific categories of need including older people, persons with an intellectual, mental or physical disability and homeless persons. We are delighted to say that Clúid was awarded 7 approvals equating to 100 units of accommodation as follows:
