Following a tendering exercise last year where Clúid sought tenders from companies to supply a housing management IT system. Clúid is pleased to announce we awarded the tender to MIS

MIS Active Management Systems Ltd has been providing solutions to the social housing market in the UK for over 20 years. Clúid will be their first client in the Republic of Ireland. MIS also provide IT solutions to Oaklee Housing in Belfast.

The new IT system will allow Clúid housing staff to manage all aspects of residents’ accounts from allocating properties, booking repairs, dealing with rent queries and it will also facilitate detailed case management e.g. void management.

Implementation of MIS is expected to be completed by January 2012. Clúid look forward to working in partnership with MIS.
