Regional Director: Kath Cottier 

Kath joined Clúid in 2001 and worked in Community Development and Housing Management before being promoted to Regional Director for Clúid East.  Before moving to Dublin she worked in Glasgow where she also completed a post graduate course in Urban Development, with particular emphasis on inner city communities and urban regeneration. Kath recently completed a Diploma with and is a member of the Irish Property and Facilities Management Association.

Development Manager: Antoinette Hayden

Antoinette joined Clúid in 2005 and is responsible for delivering the Association’s housing development programme in Clúid East. She is a graduate from Limerick Institute of Technology in Property Valuation and Management and recently graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology with a B.Tech in Construction Technology. Antoinette previously worked for Hooke and McDonald Estate Agents, Auctioneers & Valuers. Antoinette is also a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI)

Housing Manager: Derek Halpin

Derek has worked with Clúid for over three years in Housing Management. He comes to Clúid with 4 years experience as Estate/Maintenance officer in the Social Housing sector in Ireland. Derek previously worked in the U.K in Facilities Management in the Business Design Centre for 10 years. He is a member of the Irish Property and Facility Management Association. At Clúid he specialises in managing our Part V developments and has developed effective working relationships with a number of the City’s leading Managing Agents.

Technical Manager: Brendan Cunningham

Brendan joined Clúid Housing Association in September 2011 as Technical Manager. He has almost 20 years' experience working in the construction and building surveying sector. He worked on many building projects varying in size and complexity both residential and commercial buildings, with particular emphasis on project management, building pathology and planning. He holds a degree in Building Surveying. He also holds a Certificate in Construction Studies and is a certified BER Assessor. He is also a member of PMI.
