Regional Director: Tim Porter

Tim worked in Housing Associations in the UK between 1985 and 1998, gaining enormous experience particularly in the development field. He joined Clúid in 1998 in the capacity of Development Officer at a time when the organisation was in its infancy. He has held the posts of Development Officer, Development Manager and Development Director. Tim became the Regional Director for Clúid South  in 2003 when the organisation moved to a regional structure. He now oversees the delivery of services to all our residents in Clúid South.  

Development Manager: James O' Halloran

James has worked in the construction / property sector for the past number of years, dealing with both Commercial and Residential development in the Republic and also in the UK. He has a BSc Degree in Property and Estate Management and also holds a National Diploma in Construction Studies. He has gained a lot of valuable experience in site acquisition and contract negotiation and joined Clúid in 2007.  

Housing Manager: Gavin Donaldson 

Gavin has 14 years experience of working in social housing. He joined Clúid in 2004 as a Housing Officer. Previously he worked in London for Thames Reach (Bondway) and ARP, both London-based housing associations providing housing services and support to homeless people. Gavin is a Practitioner Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing in the UK.

Technical Manager : Brendan Mc Ginley

Brendan joined Clúid Housing Association in February 2011 as Technical Manager. He has 10 years experience working in the construction and building surveying sector with particular emphasis on construction management, building pathology and planning. He holds an honours degree in Building Surveying and a Master of Science in Planning & Development. He also holds a Diploma in Construction Studies and is a certified BER Assessor.
