Clúid Housing Association is managed by a team of experienced professionals who all report to the Chief Executive.

Brian O Gorman.jpg Thumbnail1.jpgChief Executive: Brian O’ Gorman

Brian has worked in housing for the last 20 years. He began his housing career with Threshold, the housing advice agency, as co-ordinator of their Dublin Office. He subsequently joined Focus Point working with families out of home. Brian joined Clúid (then St Pancras Housing) in 1995 and was the first employee of the association. For eight years Brian was a  member of the DCC housing SPC and is on the Board of the Irish Council for Social Housing. 

 

Neil Bolton  1 Director of Operations: Neil Bolton

Neil joined Cluid from the UK in October 2010. He has been involved in Housing work for over 20 years , initially as an Environmental Health Officer (Housing) in North East London. In more recent years, Neil has worked exclusively in the Social Housing sector in the South West of England. He joined Cluid from a large Housing Association based in Bath where he worked for 3 ½ years as their Property Director; prior to that he spent a number of years with Bristol City Council in various management roles. He has an Honours degree in Environmental Health and a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing. He is also a graduate of the Common Purpose programme.

 

Finance Director: Cathal CallanCathal Callan


Cathal joined Clúid in June 2009 as Finance Controller and was appointed as Finance Director in 2011. Before joining Clúid, he spent a number of years working in property development in Dublin where he gained extensive experience in residential and commercial development. Prior to that he spent 12 years with Notting Hill Housing Association in London in various management roles within finance. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
 

 

Lorraine Nolan.jpg Thumbnail1.jpgCompany Solicitor: Lorraine Nolan

Lorraine joined Clúid in March 2006 as Company Solicitor. She qualified as a solicitor in July 1997. Before joining Clúid, she spent four years working for Dillon Eustace Solicitors in their property department where she gained extensive experience in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. In 2000, Lorraine joined Malcomson Law and worked in both their Carlow and Dublin offices where she headed their property department. Lorraine has a bachelor’s degree in civil law and a master’s degree in commercial law from University College Dublin.
 


 

Nick Sheward.jpg Thumbnail1.jpgTechnical Director: Nick Sheward

Nick joined Clúid as Development Officer in 1999 and was appointed as Development Director in 2006. Prior to working for Clúid, Nick had previously worked for seven years in the housing association sector in the UK, having previously been employed as an Engineer / Project Manager with a number of private sector Building and Civil Engineering Contractors. He holds a First Class honours degree in Construction Management and a Master of Philosophy in Quality Management in Construction.

 

Christine Debilius.jpg Thumbnail1.jpg Customer Services Director: Christine Dibelius

Coming from a background in social work and refugee integration, Christine Dibelius has been working as Policy & Development Officer first for Clann Housing Association and then Clúid Housing Association since 2000. During a year in Victoria, Australia, she assisted with the implementation of a new regulatory system for the community housing sector. As Services Director, Christine looks forward to further strengthening the focus on client-centred service delivery within Clúid.
 

Jacqui SynnottHR Director: Jacqui Synnott

Jacqui joined Clúid in May 2010 as the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Services. Prior to joining Clúid Jacqui has been responsible for HR in a variety of industries including FMCG, Distribution, Aviation, & the Voluntary Sector. She has always worked in a generalist capacity but has also gained significant experience in Employee Relations in both unionised and non unionised multi-site environments. Jacqui is Chartered Member of the CIPD and has a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.

 

Kath Cottier.jpg Thumbnail1.jpgClúid East Regional Director: Kath Cottier

Kath joined Clúid in 2001 and worked in Community Development and Housing Management before being promoted to Regional Director for Clúid East. Before moving to Dublin she worked in Glasgow where she also completed a post graduate course in Urban Development, with particular emphasis on inner city communities and urban regeneration. Kath recently completed a Diploma in Irish Property and Facilities Management.

Mick joined Clúid Housing Association in 1999. He assisted in establishing the organisation's Clúid West region and was appointed as Regional Director in 2001. He has over 20 years experience working in housing in Ireland and the UK. Previously he worked in housing strategy with Manchester Housing.


  

Tim Porter.jpg Thumbnail1.jpgClúid South Regional Director: Tim Porter

Tim worked in housing associations in the UK between 1985 and 1998, gaining enormous experience particularly in the development field. He joined Clúid in 1998 in the capacity of Development Officer at a time when the organisation was in its infancy. He has held the posts of Development Officer, Development Manager and Development Director. Tim became the Regional Director for Clúid South in 2003 when the organisation moved to a regional structure.  

 

Special Projects Manager: Alistair ShuteAlistair Shute Thumbnail1

Alistair joined Cluid in 2007 as Housing Manager within SE Region managing the housing & estate management services within the region. Prior to joining Clúid, he helped set up and manage an Advocacy Project for people with Intellectual Disabilities in Waterford. Alistair has 17 years experience in housing management, housing development, supported housing and project management where he managed the introduction of the Supporting People Programme and Fairer Charging Policies for Gloucestershire County Council.

 

Contact Centre Manager: Kate NoonanKate Noonan

Kate joined Clúid in August 2011 and has 6 years private sector contact centre experience. In her previous role Kate assisted with implementing a Sales Support contact centre with Inbound, Outbound and Administration functionalities. As the Contact Centre Manager for Clúid Kate looks forward to providing an excellent customer service experience for all who contact Clúid.

 

Asset & Repairs Manager: Derek CassidyDerek Cassidy

Derek is a Chartered Building Surveyor and joined Clúid in June 2011. Prior to working for Clúid, Derek spent over ten years working in private practice as senior surveyor/Director of surveying and senior conservation consultant. Derek holds an honours BSc degree in Building Surveying and is an Accredited Conservation Surveyor through the SCSI. Derek is an Associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

 

Financial Controller: David MuckianDavid Muckion 485

David joined Clúid in 2011 as Financial Controller. He trained in an accountancy practice in Cork with exposure to clients from the hospitality to construction industries. Before joining Clúid he worked for 7 years in the voluntary sector with the GAA where he gained extensive experience in internal audit, systems accounting and financial management. He also served on a number of voluntary national committees with the GAA. David holds an honours degree in Accountancy and Finance and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
