Funding the delivery of social housing has changed radically in the last couple of years. The traditional funding model was replaced with:

Clúid is responsible and takes on the risk of ensuring the combination of debt finance and CALF (and the availability payment) adequately covers the funding of the property, and that capacity to manage and maintain the property and its environs can be met.
