Clúid has successfully worked in partnership with a number of other housing associations, often smaller agencies with a specialist remit, and is committed to continuing this in future. Consortium arrangements are particularly suitable for larger developments and Part V schemes to ensure that a range of housing needs is met. Good communication and agreement on housing management standards are crucial for the success of such partnerships. Sharing of resources and communal facilities also allows all partner organisations to gain from consortium arrangements.
