Service Charges are paid to the Management Company, not Clúid as the managing agent. All funds for your complex are held in a specific bank account in the name of your Management Company.
Service charges can be paid annually, half yearly, quarterly or monthly.
There are several ways of paying your service charge:
- Bank lodgement
- Electronic transfer using banking online
- Direct Debit
- Cheque (made payable to your Management Company, not Clúid Housing Association)
