Clúid’s Senior Management Team is responsible for leading the development and execution of Clúid’s long term strategy and for overseeing day-to-day operation.
The New Business Team increases Clúid’s housing provision by creating new opportunities, through working with external partners across the country. The team gains strong support internally from technical staff, as well as from the in-house Finance and Legal Teams. Their success in securing new business is dependent on the professional approach of the housing management team, in building Clúid’s reputation as market leaders in social housing management.
The Property Services team was created in 2016 and is responsible for the repair, maintenance and improvement of Clúid’s homes. A regional network of professional Building Surveyors and other property maintenance professionals is supported by a central investment planning team. The duties of the team include the development of long term programmes of improvements (heating, kitchens, windows etc.), managing repair, maintenance and servicing contracts as well as supporting our New Business team in ensuring any new Clúid housing stock meets our own high standards before we let the homes. The team works closely with colleagues across the business to ensure that the homes meet the needs of our tenants now and into the future and that they are safe, comfortable and affordable. The Housing Services Team comprises housing managers, housing officers, scheme managers and caretakers. Together they provide the capacity to deliver a very high standard of housing management to tenants across the country. They deliver core front line services, including voids and lettings; rent collection and arrears management; tenancy management; estates and facilities services; and community and estate development. Listed are the managers who lead this team.
Clúid’s team of experienced customer services staff provide a one-stop-shop for residents’ queries. Led by the Contact Centre Manager, Maurice Basquille, they are dedicated to delivering the best possible service.
This in-house team of legal experts delivers high value, high volume property transactions and thus plays a central role in housing provision. The team also advises Clúid on a wide range of issues, including landlord/tenant matters, risk, governance and regulatory compliance.
The Finance Team exists to provide a range of financial services in support of Clúid’s primary mission. It comprises a team of highly qualified professionals committed to the delivery of innovative and effective services whilst maintaining Clúid’s financial integrity. They are led by the Finance Director, the Financial Controller and the Finance & Business Planning Analyst.
The Policy Team aims to influence housing policy by contributing to debate about issues relevant to Clúid’s role as a social housing provider; to highlight issues that are important to Clúid’s current and future tenants; and to raise awareness of Clúid’s work.
Clúid recognises that to achieve its strategic aims it must communicate effectively with key stakeholders. The Communications Department is responsible for marketing and communications across the organisation, and works closely with various departments to ensure that all communication activity is aligned to Clúid’s strategic aims. The department is made up of the Communications Manager and the Communications Coordinator.
Clúid’s Board of Directors comprises members with diverse business and professional interests, who bring an external perspective to Clúid, and are strongly committed to our vision and mission. The Board ensures that Clúid is properly managed and achieves its agreed strategic objectives, and continually evaluates and monitors Clúid’s performance.
