State Agencies

We value the partnership we have with the Minister for Housing, the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government, the Irish Council for Social Housing, the Housing Agency, NAMA, and other state agencies in tackling housing demand in Ireland. The Government policy on housing, published in 2011, set out a growing role for housing associations in the delivery of social housing. A key reason is because housing associations can access debt finance to fund the delivery of housing. As one of the biggest housing associations in Ireland, Clúid will continue to work with Government and other stakeholders to develop creative ways of providing the maximum number of homes for people in housing need.

Contact our New Business team if you are interested in working with Clúid.

In 2013 the Irish Council for Social Housing awarded Clúid with the highest accolade at the Community Housing Awards 2013 and described Clúid as an exemplar to many other housing associations and local authorities across the country.
