Household Budget Technical Issues

Clúid has received reports of technical issues with some customer’s rent payments through Household Budget not being deducted at An Post and therefore some accounts appear to be in arrears incorrectly.

If you have been affected by this issue, please get in contact with Clúid’s Contact Centre on : +353 1 7072088 and we can assist with resolving the issue. Likewise customers can also pay their rent through Clúid’s tenant portal- here.

Clúid is working to resolve this issue and hope to have a solution soon.
