Clúid’s Customer Contact Centre (CCC) was established in-house in January 2012. It was a milestone moment for the organisation, highlighting our commitment to continue improving our residents’ customer service experience.
Clúid Works, our dedicated in-house property repairs team, gives residents access to a national repairs service, providing a quicker response time and resolution.
Clúid’s Property Services team is responsible for the repair, maintenance and improvement of Clúid’s homes.
2020 has been a unique year in the lives of residents and staff. It has tested us, made us redefine how we think of our communities and reconnect with our neighbours. We hope you enjoy reading back over the many exciting accomplishments and highlights from the year.
