Resident Engagement and Insight Manager Role Overview:

To coordinate as well as take an active role in the delivery of Clúid’s Resident Engagement Strategy. Collaborate across the business and inspire the continued improvement and uptake of resident engagement initiatives to improve the organisation and communities and deliver on our organisation mission. Lead on resident insight, utilising data to support colleagues across the Operations Department to tailor the service offer to meet residents needs and aspirations.
