Along with the Director of Business Transformation, Communications, Facilities & Human Resources, you will deliver the people agenda of the corporate strategy and contribute to a progressive HR agenda which is aligned with the business plan. You will champion the corporate values of the organisation will be accountable for all people processes within the organisation. This role will provide support and advice to the business on all human resource matters. The successful candidate will develop close working relationships with senior managers to gain an understanding of their business strategies and people requirements.
