New Business Administrative Assistant

The New Business Team is a team of highly skilled construction and property development professionals led by the New Business Director. The Team is tasked with the sourcing and delivery of new housing opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and developing innovative proposals for delivery of new housing stock.

The New Business Administrative Assistant will join Clúid as a member of the New Business Team tasked with managing an extensive development and acquisition programme. As well as the actual delivery of new homes, a significant element of the work is managing the funding and approvals workflows generated by a large property development portfolio.
