Tenancy Sustainment Coordinator

The Tenancy Sustainment Coordinator is a new role in our housing services department with a nationwide remit and will support the wider Housing Services team to assess the needs of our residents and assist them in defining the appropriate responses and services requirements that will support Clúid’s capability to work effectively with residents requiring support.

At Clúid Housing we are committed to listening to our customers and we strive to design all our services around their requirements.

The success of this role will lie in the post holders understanding and ability to create national referral pathways and managing relationships that enable Clúid residents to access support services. They will also have to further develop local staff capacity to do this in areas where it may be underdeveloped however services do exist.
