Niall Sheridan

Niall has over 37 years’ experience of the social housing sector, most recently as Group Director of Development & Asset Management at Choice Housing Ireland ltd (retired December 2020). He has extensive experience in the strategic and operational delivery of capital development and asset management programmes. He studied at Queens University Belfast and Ulster University (MBA), is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIHCM) and Chartered Town Planner MRTPI (Rtd). He is currently Chair of the Northern Ireland advisory board of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), a board member of the CIH Ireland Advisory Board and an Independent non-executive Committee Member of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive’s Asset Management & Maintenance Committee.
