Clúid Housing (Clúid) is an award-winning, independent, not-for-profit organisation, leading the way in delivering secure, high-quality, affordable homes. Our vision is a society where everyone has a great place to live. We aim to achieve this vision by providing quality housing and services, to enable residents to create homes and thriving communities.
To date Clúid has provided over 10,000 homes to over 28,000 people in housing need all over Ireland. Together, we are also working to achieve our ambitious target of providing more than 1,000 new homes every year – contributing to the government’s Housing for All targets.

Role Overview: The Property Services Administrator will work closely with the Administrative Team Leader, Head of Asset Management, the administrative team and other team members to support our regional property staff and national asset management staff. Role Overview:
The role of Finance Officer Accounts Payable plays a key role in the Finance department in ensuring the processing and payment of a high volume of invoices to tight deadlines. The Finance Officer will work with the Finance Executive to carry out all activities within the accounts payable department.

Role Overview: |
To carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as a Plumber working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused responsive repairs team. Clúid Housing is a forward thinking organisation, ensuring that its properties are repaired, adapted and refurbished to a high standard. You will also be responsible for ensuring continuous delivery of our purpose “right repair, right time, first time” and Scope of Services which details our repair obligations.

Role Overview:
To work with the Building Surveying Manager to ensure all necessary property services are delivered to a high quality across all our homes and estates. The role is varied and may include property surveys, contractor procurement & management, stock condition surveys, clerk of work services, defect diagnosis, snagging and tendering. Much of the work will be in people’s homes and will require empathy, respect and diplomacy at all times.
