Clúid Housing (Clúid) is an award-winning, independent, not-for-profit organisation, leading the way in delivering secure, high-quality, affordable homes. Our vision is a society where everyone has a great place to live. We aim to achieve this vision by providing quality housing and services, to enable residents to create homes and thriving communities.

To date Clúid has provided over 10,000 homes to over 28,000 people in housing need all over Ireland. Together, we are also working to achieve our ambitious target of providing more than 1,000 new homes every year – contributing to the government’s Housing for All targets.

Talent Acquisition Partner at Clúid Housing

The Talent Acquisition Partner is crucial to advancing Clúid’s mission by leading recruitment strategies that align with our organisational goals, including diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and workforce planning. Role Overview:  To work with the Building Surveying Manager to ensure all necessary property services are delivered to a high quality across all our homes and estates. The role is varied and may include property surveys, contractor procurement & management, stock condition surveys, clerk of work services, defect diagnosis, snagging and tendering. Much of the work will be in people’s homes and will require empathy, respect and diplomacy at all times.

Clúid recognises the need to balance work and non-work life. Great Place to Work Hours (GPTW) offers flexibility for staff that have met their weekly responsibilities in the office.
