Role Overview: In 2016 Approved Housing Bodies (AHB’s) came under the remit of the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB), creating a legal requirement to register all tenancies. The role of the RTB Administrator is to register and re-register our tenants through the RTB Portal  to ensure compliance and ensure up to date reporting and monitoring.

Role Overview: The Voids Utilities Administrator will be responsible for ensuring void (vacant) properties accounts are maintained and up to date, liaising with utilities providers on a day to day basis to ensure Clúid optimises its resources and processes to achieve better results for our customers, staff and our stakeholders.

The newly created role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) will provide the strategic leadership and direction for the Housing and Property functions in Clúid, comprising of Housing Management, Age-FriendlyHousing (Clann), Quality & Business Improvement, Owner Management Companies, Resident Engagement, Asset Management, our Direct Labour Organisation, Cluid Works, Health & Safety and Energy & Sustainability.

Presently there are 188 staff located in the COO’s area which are based across Ireland.

The COO will be a member of the Senior Management Team at Clúid which also includes the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Finance Officer (CFO), Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief People Officer (CPO). The CIO will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and to the Board for various projects and activities.

This newly created Senior Leadership role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) will provide strategic leadership and direction for the three departments within it, to include Transformation and Change, Information Technology and Data and Insight, including Data Protection.

Presently there are 14 employees in this newly created grouping, however the strategy would be to increase this in line with the implementation of the new structure over time.
