Clúid Housing (Clúid) is an award-winning, independent, not-for-profit organisation, leading the way in delivering secure, high-quality, affordable homes. The Talent Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the organisational and administrative aspects of learning and development within Clúid Housing. This position requires a focus on the operational support of L&D initiatives, managing L&D systems, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently to support the broader goals of the department.

The Talent Development Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and driving the learning and development initiatives within Clúid. The role focuses on coordinating the L&D activities, ensuring alignment with Clúid’s corporate strategy and technology emphasis, and enhancing the capabilities of all employees to effectively utilise ICT systems.

Role Overview: As Resource Planner you will have responsibility for the daily coordination of resources within the Clúid repairs service ensuring continuous delivery of our purpose “right repair, right time, first time” and Scope of Services which details our repair obligations.

You will have a strong commitment to safeguarding the reputation of Clúid, always presenting Clúid in a positive fashion.  You will continuously strive to deliver the highest quality customer service.

Annual leave

As well as 22 days of annual leave, Clúid colleagues benefit from three days of office closure between Christmas and New Year, as well as office closure on Good Friday. As an added benefit, employees can take a day off during the month of your birthday or when you just need a health and wellbeing ‘me day’.

Great place to work hours

Clúid recognises the need to balance work and non-work life. Great Place to Work Hours (GPTW) offers flexibility for staff that have met their weekly responsibilities in the office. By only taking half an hour for lunch throughout the week, colleagues on a rotational basis can start the weekend early by finishing at 2pm on Friday
