Caroline Godsil

Caroline has over 25 years experience in all aspects of IT Operations with particular expertise in large scale program and change management, focusing on human resources, processes, procedures and operational structures for the enhancement of overall business performance. Having retired from an executive role in Eir (previously Evros Technology Group) Caroline has focused on non-exec positions and currently sits on the Audit and Risk Committee for Focus Ireland and the Board of St.Broc’s House.

Caroline’s expertise is in defining and developing cross-functional programs, teams and growth initiatives that deliver business results focusing on compliance, overall governance and risk management. Caroline has recently joined the Case Processing Panel for The Department of Justice.
