Rental Sector Report launch – Wednesday, 28th April

On Wednesday 28th April, Clúid, in partnership with the Irish Institutional Property (IIP), will be launching a new report on how the sustainability and attractiveness of Ireland’s rental sector can be improved ‘Towards a Sustainable Rental Sector in Ireland: Understanding the Key Challenges and Opportunities‘.

The research has been undertaken by KPMG Future Analytics and a key objective of it was to provide robust evidence to guide future policy decisions regarding the sector’s growth and viability.

Darragh O’Brien TD, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, will formally launch the report at 10am on Wednesday. Fiona Cormican (Clúid Housing), Pat Farrell (Irish Institutional Property) and Professor William Hynes (KPMG Future Analytics) will provide the background to the research and the findings.
