Michelle Moore

Michelle Moore is a chartered accountant with 30+ years’ experience in the financial services sector, having served as CEO of international insurance companies. More recently, she serves as an independent non-executive director and committee chair on the boards of various international insurers.

Having developed a keen interest in the housing sector later in her career, Michelle is a founder and director of Ava Housing, a not-for-profit organisation that supports older homeowners to retrofit and future-proof their homes. She has completed a Master of Philosophy (MPhil)  in Housing at Technological University Dublin, focussing her research on housing adaptations to support ageing-in-place.
