Alun Dawson

Alun has over 25 years of experience in real estate, leading all development activity in Ireland and providing strategic oversight of major projects across mainland Europe for vertically integrated investment firm Round Hill Capital. Having studied at University College London, Alun is also a Chartered Member of both the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Association for Project Management (APM). Alun has specialised throughout his career in residential development across both the private and public sector creating sustainable homes and communities.
