Alun Dawson

Alun has over 25 years of experience in real estate, and is Development Director for Eagle Street Partners, leading all residential development activity in Ireland and the UK. Prior to joining Eagle Street, Alun previously provided strategic oversight of major projects across Ireland and mainland Europe for vertically integrated investment firm Round Hill Capital. Having studied at University College London, Alun is also a Chartered Member of both the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Association for Project Management (APM). Alun has specialised throughout his career in residential development, creating sustainable homes and communities across both the private and public sector.
