Kathleen Stack

A career civil servant, Kathleen worked in a number of Government Departments for over 40 years before joining the Board in December 2023. Most recently, she worked in the Department of Social Protection, up to late 2020, where she had responsibility for a range of different areas, including control and anti-fraud policies and a number of employment activation programmes for the long-term unemployed. Over the years, she has developed significant senior management experience across a number of different policy and operational areas in the public service.
