Cost Rental: Taylor Hill, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin

Clúid is pleased to have delivered 25 new homes at Taylor Hill, Ireland’s first Cost Rental homes. This new form of tenure, catering to middle-income earners, means residents will pay rents that are solely based on the cost to build, manage, and maintain the homes. Under the Cost Rental Scheme, rents for the homes are set at a minimum of 25% below open market values.

Taylor Hill, developed by Glenveagh Homes, is located in Balbriggan, a coastal town in Fingal approximately 34km north of Dublin City Centre, 27km south of Drogheda and 3 minutes from the M1 motorway. These 25 new houses provide a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
