Administrative Assistant
Role Overview: The Administrative Assistant will work as a key member of the Administrative Team within the Commercial Development Department reporting to the Administrative Team Lead. Working as part of the Admin Team, which has a key role in ensuring the co-ordination and planning of all administrative tasks of the department. It is a function that enables all experts within the Team to focus on delivering projects while ensuring that the team has administrative support as required.
You will assist with specific administrative projects to include but not limited to: Version control of digital forms, identifying current version, archiving and creating change control log for multiple forms. Working with the Delivery Programme Manager to maintain the valuations tracker and assisting with scheme assessment preparation, verifying and crosschecking data prior to submission through internal approval process to enable further efficiencies across many areas.
You will participate in all necessary Commercial Development team meetings and activities. This role requires someone with a strong aptitude for planning and organisation, excellent excel skills, financial acumen and information management. It requires an organised, efficient, adaptable and solutions focused person with very good attention to detail.
