Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor you will support the Clúid Works and Property services team by offering a high quality “one stop shop” repairs, maintenance, and advice service to residents and to any callers. You will aim to resolve all customer queries at the first point of contact, proactively and reactively, using your ability to identify and interpret requests accurately.
