Head of Learning & Organisational Development
The Chief People Officer has three key Departments – Communications & Policy, People & Culture and Learning & Organisational Development. The Head of Organisational Development is a new role in the Organisation and will have a team of two Learning & Engagement Co-Ordinators supporting the role.
Role Overview: A member of the Senior Management Team, the Head of Learning & Organisational Development will play a vital role in the design and delivery of learning and organisational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required. This role will help Clúid to build our people capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes
