Head of People & Culture
Role Overview: Delivery of the people & culture agenda of the corporate strategy and contribute to a progressive HR agenda which is aligned with both the Corporate Strategy and the People & Culture Strategy. You will champion the corporate values of the organisation will be accountable for all people processes within the organisation. This role will provide support and advice to the business on all people related matters. The successful candidate will develop close working relationships with senior managers to gain an understanding of their business strategies and people requirements.
