Housing Services Project Manager

Following a review of the departments operations as well as an ambitious programme to develop our IT and digital platforms we are seeking an experienced Project Manager, based in the department, to coordinate our activities to deliver on a number of projects.

• Changes to IT systems, associated training, and operational reports
• Review of policy and procedure
• Establishment of a new quality/business improvement team
• Review and develop business case to improve aspects of our rents/income management work

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to work on projects that are crucial to the continued development of housing services. Helping us to support improved and consistent customer service at a time of significant growth for Clúid and Clann.

The Project Manager will report to the Director of Housing Services and report to the department leadership team.
