IT Operations Manager

Role Overview: The IT Operations Manager at Clúid Housing will be an integral player in both managing and actively supporting our IT infrastructure and operations. This hands-on role requires not just overseeing the IT service desk, infrastructure, and vendor management, but also directly contributing to operational excellence and strategic projects, such as the implementation of an MSP for Azure and on-premise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to drive our infrastructure roadmap while ensuring robust IT governance.
