New Business Administrator (Data and Document Control)
The New Business Administrator (Data and Document Control) is a member of the administration team which has a key role in ensuring the coordination and planning of all administrative tasks of the Department. It is a function that enables all experts within the unit to focus on delivering projects while ensuring that the team has administration support as required from the administration team.
A key element of this role is to support the delivery programme manager to manage the administration of our data collection and reporting functions. The role also focuses on document management systems and document management control. The role requires someone with a strong aptitude for data and information management, knowledge of databases and the ability to create reports, visualisations and dashboards as required for reporting. It requires an organised, efficient, adaptable, solutions focused person with good attention to detail. Good communication is key to this role.
