Annual Report 2021

Against the ongoing backdrop of a global pandemic, Clúid continues to deliver on its mission to provide quality homes and services that enable people to create homes and thriving communities. As outlined in Clúid’s Annual Report 2021, it was another successful year for Clúid and one in which we can take pride.

Clúid’s vision is a society where everyone has a great place to live. Clúid’s dedicated team of over 250 staff rallied together throughout 2021 to deliver on this vision, creating innovative processes to maintain and improve on the vital services that allow us to build sustainable communities for over 24,000 residents in Clúid’s 9,000 homes.

Despite a difficult year, the team at Clúid worked tirelessly to deliver 968 new homes and provide services to over 3,300 new residents in 2021.

At Clúid, we recognise that our success is only possible due to the collective hard work and dedication of our colleagues, across both the organisation and those external stakeholders who share our objective of improving social and affordable housing.

2021 was a year of successes and achievements and we look forward to surpassing these triumphs in 2022.
