Construction begins on The Weir in Tallaght

With the easing of COVID restrictions, Clúid were pleased to be able to commence construction on a number of sites over the last number of weeks. The first of these sites is The Weir, Whitestown Way, Tallaght.

The Weir consists of 81 age-friendly, one and two-bedroom apartments located adjacent to Tallaght Stadium. The scheme was officially launched last week with a visit from Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage Darragh O’Brien TD, alongside South Dublin County Council officials, local representatives, the contractor Cunningham Contracts Group and Clúid Chief Executive Brian O’Gorman.

Upon completion, this will be the largest age-friendly housing scheme managed by Clann.
