Clúid’s Executive Team is responsible for leading the development and execution of Clúid’s strategy and for overseeing day-to-day operations.
Brian has been CEO since 2000 and was our first employee, joining in 1995. Previously, he worked as the Housing Advice Coordinator with Threshold and with Focus Ireland in client advocacy and housing policy. Brian has served as president of the Irish Council for Social Housing and for 8 years was a member of the Dublin City Council Strategic Policy Committee for Housing. He holds an MSc in Business from the IMI.
Joining Clúid in 2007, Fiona is our New Business Director. Fiona has over 18 years’ experience in social housing development. Previously, she was New Business and Regeneration Project Manager for Clúid, and Director of Operations for Tógáil Developments Ltd. Fiona holds a Masters in Project Management, a BA in Education, a PMP certificate and a diploma in Site Management.
Joining in in 2001, Kath is Director of Housing Services and leads Clúid’s front line housing management services. She holds an MA in Geography and a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Development. She is charted member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and holds a Diploma in Irish Property and Facility Management.
Jo joined Clúid as Director of Property Services in 2017 and is responsible for the management of our property assets. He has over 30 years’ experience working with both contractors and housing associations to deliver customer-focused repairs, compliance and improvement services. Jo holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Technology from UMIST, an MBA from Cranfield, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Joining Clúid in 2016, Cara is our Director of Corporate Services. Cara has over 12 years’ experience working in Human Resources roles, primarily in the Higher Education Sector. Cara holds a BComm (Law & Economics) from NUIG, a BA (HRM) from NCI, a PG. Dip (Employment Law) from UCD and an MSc (HR Strategies) from DCU. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Kate trained and worked with Price Waterhouse London before joining Threshold Tennant Trust, a housing association in south London, as their Finance Manager. She has worked as a Finance Director in a variety of small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). She joined Taff Housing in Cardiff as their Strategic Executive Director for Business and Finance. More recently, she has worked as the interim Chief Financial Officer for the Welsh Revenue Authority.
