Brian O’Gorman
CEO

Brian has been CEO since 2000 and was our first employee, joining in 1995. Previously, he worked as the Housing Advice Coordinator with Threshold and with Focus Ireland in client advocacy and housing policy. Brian has served as president of the Irish Council for Social Housing and for 8 years was a member of the Dublin City Council Strategic Policy Committee for Housing. He holds an MSc in Business from the IMI.

Deirdre Collier
Chief Finance Officer

Joining Clúid in the Summer of 2023, Deirdre is our Chief Finance Officer. She is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and has over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector. Deirdre was a Non-Executive Director of the Housing Finance Agency from May 2022 until May 2023. Previously she was Head of Commercial Real Estate and Large Corporates at KBC Bank Ireland plc. Deirdre also holds an MBA from UCD, a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Finance and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Institute of Directors.

Susie Leacy
Chief People Officer

Susie Leacy joined Clúid in January 2024 as Chief People Officer. Susie has over 17 years experience in Human Resources having worked across different industries, including FMCG, not-for-profit and technology and software development organisations. Susie holds a Master’s in Business Studies specialising in Human Resources Management from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, along with numerous other academic achievements and has also recently completed a Masters Diploma in Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring. Susie holds both Fellow CIPD accreditation as well as being ICF PCC and an EMCC Senior Practioner accredited coach.

Cora O’Brien
Chief Information Officer

Cora joined Clúid in late 2022 as our Chief Information Officer. With over 25 years’ experience in engineering and financial services industries, Cora has held recent roles as Head of Change and Head of IT and previously as a Consulting Engineer. Cora holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from UCD and post graduate Diplomas in Project Management and Executive Coaching from UCC.

Niall O’Ceallachain
Chief Operations Officer

Joining Clúid in 2022, Niall is our Chief Operations Officer. Niall has 18 years experience across the not-for-profit and financial services sectors. Most recently, Niall held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Global Director of Business Development with the international NGO, GOAL. Niall holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from DCU, is a fellow of the ACCA and holds diplomas in Leadership and Organisational Development and Transformation from the IMI.

Eibhlin O’Connor
Chief Commercial Officer

Eibhlin joined Clúid in 2011 as a Development Manager, rising through the ranks to become Chief Commercial Officer. Eibhlin is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland and holds a Master’s in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College, London, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Law and Contract Administration from Trinity College Dublin. With over 24 years’ experience working in the construction industry, Eibhlin has worked at a senior level with key stakeholders, Local Authorities, and Developers in the delivery of social and affordable housing.

Jo Whittall
Deputy Chief Operations Officer

Jo joined Clúid in 2017, and, as the Deputy Chief Operations Officer is responsible for the day to day running of our front line services. He has over 30 years’ experience working with both contractors and housing associations looking after residents and their homes. He is also a director of EnergyCloud, a social enterprise working to divert surplus wind energy to the homes of those living in fuel poverty. Jo holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Technology from UMIST, an MBA from Cranfield, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
