Clúid Housing’s corporate strategy – Building Focus – has been published and outlines Clúid’s strategy for the next three years.

The strategy sets the orientation of Clúid Housing over the coming strategic period.

It is framed by the twin assumptions that housing associations are the best vehicle for delivering social and affordable rental housing and that the accumulation of rental stock, social, affordable and private, available in perpetuity, creates a viable and sustainable housing system in Ireland.
