Clúid launches the new Design Guide

Clúid are pleased to launch the second edition of the Design Guide. Clúid were the first Approved Housing Body (AHB) to publish a Design Guide, outlining design standards for all new schemes coming into management. The Design Guide sets the bar high for quality housing, delivering comfortable and secure homes for people in housing need, ensuring that a Clúid home is easy to use and maintain.

The second edition of the Design Guide builds on the strong foundations of the original publication, first launched 5 years ago. The new guide draws on best practice, current legislation and building regulations, incorporating feedback gathered from residents and staff across Clúid.
