Tuscon heating circulation pump

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has issued safety alert about the Tucson heating circulation pump.

Clúid’s Property Services team are aware of the issues with the heating circulation pump and are in the process of reviewing our properties to identify if any of our homes have this pump installed. Please note, this alert relates to the Tucson branded heating circulation pump only.

If you think you have one of these pumps in your home, or if you have any questions or concerns, get in touch using the webchat or call 01 707 2088. We would advise that you

• Do not make contact with the pump
• If your pump is Tuscon branded, visually inspect the pump to locate the serial number on the front of the pump
• You can check the serial number on the Tuscon website at tucsonpumps.com/serial-number-checking-tool
• If you believe you have one of the effected pumps in your home, get in touch with Clúid to report it using the webchat or call 01 707 2088.
