Administrative Assistant

The Legal Services Department comprises the Head of Legal Services, four solicitors, a Legal Operations Supervisor, the Company Secretary and a Legal Operations Administrator, who were the winners of the “In House Legal Team of the Year” at the 2018 Irish Law Awards. The department is led by the Head of Legal Services reporting to and supported by the Chief Executive Officer.

The department provides a range of legal services in support of Clúid’s primary mission and brings together the requisite interdisciplinary legal support for Clúid such as real estate, construction, planning, landlord and tenant law, corporate, charity law, financial services & procurement in relation to the acquisition & management of Social Housing Properties. The department assists the business in navigating the legal requirements of various Government initiatives, social housing policy & legislation.

The current role will provide the necessary administrative support to the department & will be an integral part of the team.
