Chief People Officer
Role Overview:
Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to Clúid’s Chief Executive , the Executive Management Team (EMT), and Senior Leaders in addition to the Board and relevant Board sub-committees to develop and deliver on the People & Culture / Learning & Organisation Development Strategy focusing on culture, engagement, talent management, performance management, learning and development, inclusion and diversity, wellbeing, succession planning and reward.
Partner with business leaders to champion a high-performance culture to create an environment of trust, collaboration, and self-leadership, where behaviours are aligned to Clúid culture values..
