Housing Services Coordinator
The Housing Services Coordinator will be a member of the newly created Quality and Business Improvement Team (QBIT) in Housing Services. In creating this team Clúid have recognised the important role that systems and support services play in enabling front line teams to deliver their roles, ensuring excellent customer services that enable us to deliver on our vision and mission.
The QBIT will play a crucial role in our development of a scalable housing service at a time of significant growth. In all our work it is important that the customer is at the centre of our decision making and that we use information and data to understand issues and inform effective and sustainable change.
The Housing Services Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day delivery of services and supports of the QBIT. They will take a systematic approach in enabling Clúid to optimise its resources and processes to achieve better results for our customers, staff and our stakeholders. The main focus of the role will be on developing data integrity and analytics, process improvement, systems utilisation, policy and procedural review and development, and delivering training.
