IT Level 1 Support Desk Engineer

The IT Support Level 1 role will join the IT Service Desk team within Clúid’s IT Department.  He / she will work within defined procedures and processes to provide excellent service and support to Clúid staff while working to resolve issues, tasks and training. The successful candidate will be required to communicate with all staff nationwide within Clúid as well as external contractors, suppliers and hardware and software vendors.
