People & Culture Business Manager
The purpose of this role is to work alongside the Head of People & Culture and the People & Culture Operations Supervisor and by partnering with the Business and continually championing the Clúid values ensure the effective delivery of the People & Culture Strategy. This role will be required to partner strategically with the business, driving engagement and continuous improvement and delivering expert professional advice on all elements of our People Processes Strategy. There will also be a requirement to manage key departmental projects from inception through to implementation.
The successful candidate will be required to have excellent technical HR expertise, interpersonal and planning and organisational skills. This is a collaborative role which will assist in the delivery of People & Culture vision and mission across the business.
