Property Asset Manager

Role Overview:

The Property Asset Manager (PAM) is a key role within the Property Services Department, supporting the Head of Asset Management in the ongoing development of the service with particular emphasis on:

• Developing Clúid’s long term investment plans
• Maintaining accurate stock and investment data
• Maintaining accurate servicing and inspection data
• Overseeing the procurement and management of centrally procured repairs and maintenance contracts in order to deliver increasing value for money
• Reporting on performance, creating action plans to enhance the service and delivering on agreed improvements
• Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for both Clúid and its customers
