Quality Assurance and Rent Assessor

Role Overview: To provide a high quality and customer focused service as part of the annual rent review process, complete ad hoc rent assessments, responsible for low level rent arrears management and credit management. This role is a key role in supporting the implementation of the rent function in the Contact Centre.
