The Reception / Facilities Assistant
Based in our National Office Clúid’s Facilities Team provides a professional front-of-house service to both internal and external customers and visitors to the National Office Building. The Team ensures that the facilities in the building are maintained to a high standard. The Team also provides office support to the wider Clúid Team. Normal operational hours are Monday – Friday 08.00 to 17.00. With an overlap of the team between 12.30pm and 4pm. Flexibility is required to cover for annual leave and for meetings that occasionally commence after 18.00.
Role Overview: To liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth and safe running of the National Office building and front-of-house operation. The Reception/Facilities Assistant will also provide office support to internal customers.
