Role Overview: In 2016 Approved Housing Bodies (AHB’s) came under the remit of the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB), creating a legal requirement to register all tenancies. The role of the RTB Administrator is to register and re-register our tenants through the RTB Portal  to ensure compliance and ensure up to date reporting and monitoring.
